Le Pawrlor Spa et Toilettage canin is located in the west island of Montreal near Westpark
A grace period of 30 minutes is acceptable, otherwise if it risks affecting other client bookings than we will ask to take a new appointment
When we are close to finishing the grooming experience, we ask the dog parents to come pick the pooch up within 30min of the call. If lateness is reoccurring, Le Pawrlor reserves the right to charge a $10 per hour fee for dogsitting.
Yes, the boarding services may be available upon request.
We ask the pet parents to drop off the dog at the garage and pick them up at the front door. We want to ensure no dogs will see each other.
We have clients from several different neighborhoods mainly in the West Island of Montreal such as Pierrefonds, Dollard-des-Ormeaux, Pointe Claire and Kirkland, however we have customers coming all the way from Boisbriand!
